Our Commitment to Copyright

N3XT.TV respects the intellectual property rights of creators and rights holders. We have a clear process for reporting copyright infringement and taking action on valid claims.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on N3XT.TV infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice using our DMCA submission form. Your notice must include:

A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
The URL of the allegedly infringing content on N3XT.TV
Your contact information (name, email, address)
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed due to a DMCA claim you believe is invalid, you may file a counter-notice through the counter-notice form. If a valid counter-notice is filed, the content may be restored within 10–14 business days unless legal action is initiated.

Repeat Infringers

Under the DMCA, N3XT.TV maintains a repeat-infringer policy. Users who accumulate three or more valid DMCA strikes will have their accounts permanently terminated.
